Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@baddingaurora.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve this promptly.
